The Iranian way of tea brewing
First of all it is necessary to mentions that there is no need for the Muslims to buy gourmet tea - they have their own tea and tea recipies.
The originality of the Iranian way consists not so much in brewing but in the quantity of tea leaves in a drink. It is widespread in Iran, in boundary areas of Afghanistan, in Azerbaijan and in Kurdistan to territories of Iraq. The drink is usually made from the Chinese flavored green tea or local (Iranian, Azerbaijan) black baikhovi tea of an average or high strength, but with enough fast exposition - 4 minutes. Such tea in ormund - small glass glasses with “waist”, in the form of a vase spreads. Thus it is rather appreciated color tea - it a dale of wives to be not too dark, but necessarily bright, transparent, of cognac colours with slightly reddish or crimson outflow. Drink its hot, small drinks together with small slices of sugar. Tea leaves are often put together with tea drink and more often a slice cinnamon - Darjeeling tea or ginger are added in a glass.
